In my 17 years of Content Development experience, I have worked on almost every niche and vertical as a UX writer and Content Manager. Currently, I am working as a Senior Content Strategist for The Economic Times, managing User experience content and marketing campaigns for the product team.

Working closely with the UX design team and product managers, I have been a part of the ideation and execution of projects and features to ease down the home-buying journey for users and selling journeys for Property owners.
The endeavors continue with new research to enhance user experience on the website, and I, as a content creator, play the heart and soul of every new feature that rolls out.
A Brief About Me
My journey started with writing SEO articles and talking about everything under the sun to bring rankings on Google for a London hotel chain and its party venues. This was when the curious side of my brain asked questions on how Google picks my content to bring top results, and finally, I knew what SEO is all about.
We, as a team, nurtured some baby projects and made them really good revenue-generating websites in London back then.
This was followed by writing Ad copies for big brands like Costa Coffee, GROHE, and Canon to market their product online and offline in mere 4-5 words.
Brand communication strategies, social media strategies, and Newspaper ad copies taught me to understand the different audiences in the digital marketing industry, and that’s where the real brainstorming got accelerated. This certainly gave way to new verticals like writing video and audio voice-over scripts, writing for campaigns, and much more.

My tenure as Senior Editor with the leading UX consulting organization, HFI, brought me closer to Automation and technology for the first time where I helped the Customer Experience team to reach the content strategic goals where the communication for complex technical features in heavy construction machinery and systems was made simpler with the help of user centric language. It was a challenging yet exciting experience where walkthroughs and documentation were added to my experience.

Worked with Times Group for their Magicbricks property site, my team has given birth to major products with intriguing content on website and Magicbricks App.

I have also been a part of the first Experience Center in Real Estate, India which had detailed AR and VR experience for property seekers.
